Jazz Aspen Snowmass presents acclaimed pianist Shelly Berg and vocalist Ashley Pezzotti at the new Paul JAS Center in Aspen, Colorado. Berg is a five-time Grammy nominated arranger, orchestrator and producer. He is also an award-winning educator who served for 19 years as dean of the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami and was inducted into the DownBeat Educator Hall of Fame. Pezzotti is a rising voice in the New York jazz scene, blending elegance, rhythmic sophistication, and a sense of joy rooted in the tradition of great jazz vocalists. She has already toured and recorded with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, as well as Arturo Sandoval, Dee Dee Bridgewater, and Joey Alexander.
